Hall of Champions Exhibit at Cherry Hills Country Club

In April of 2012, Condit completed a new exhibit at Cherry Hills Country club in Denver, Colorado. The new clubhouse museum exhibit for members and guests features a Hall of Champions. There are “glass cases hanging on the wall showcase artifacts from each of the club’s major events, from Phil Mickelson’s US Amateur win in 1990 to the 1993 U.S. Senior Open Victory of Jack Nicklaus and more,” said Jason Deegan in a recent article for the Golf Channel. We are proud to have helped create this exhibit that helps to deliver the sense of tradition and history at Cherry Hills.

Jason Deegan of the Golf Channel recently took a walk through of a new museum exhibit at Cherry Hills Country Club and declared that “…(no other course) gave me the sense of history and tradition like Cherry Hills.” When designing the exhibit, Condit and Cherry Hills wanted to match the architectural style while remaining consistent with its legendary history. We, and the Golf Channel apparently, believe that was accomplished. Dr. Lew Blakely, a USGA rules official, who has literally seen hundreds of Clubs and numerous historical exhibits around the world said “…the displays have the qualities of a first rate museum while retaining the attention of both the causal observer and someone more academically inclined.” Cherry Hills hosted the 2012 US Amateur and will be hosting the 2014 BMW Championship.
